The following applies to online purchases.
We love our goods, and hope you do too. We take great care in providing the best products from the best brands, however if a return or exchange must be made, we ask that you follow a few basic rules as stated below. Thank you for your understanding.
General Return Policy
Items must be in new condition, with tags and accompanied by a receipt. Shoes may not be worn outside.
All returns must either have a receipt or we must be able to locate the purchase through our records.
All refunds will be reimbursed in the same tender as the original purchase.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Gift Cards are considered final, and not eligible for return.
Returns by mail
We currently do not offer free return shipping!
We highly suggest you insure your package and get a tracking number for the shipment. You are still responsible for the merchandise while it is in transit until we have received it at the store.
