#MYadventure: BUSHBABY's Sonya + family head to Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Another post in our #MYadventure series -- it's so fun to hear how other families embrace the outdoors! Today we're hearing from Sonya (part-time at BUSHBABY) as she shares about her family's day at Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

There are seasons when it's possible to plan long, complicated trips exploring a region of the country + several destinations + parks.

For my family, this is not that season.

We did have a quick autumn weekend planned to visit grandparents + incorporating a hike in a National Park was too great an opportunity to pass up.

Cuyahoga Valley National Park is not the most well-known National Park, but it is full of great hikes + waterfalls that will leave you + your kids breathless. Also, for those of us in the Midwest...it's accessible in a day of travel! {About 7.5 hours from Peoria}

Want some tips on how to plan a trip to Cuyahoga Valley?

We hiked the Brandywine Falls trail with the grandparents (short but lots of steps) + then hiked down nearer to the river, so our girls could get a bit more adventurous.

Wherever you travel with your family this fall, don't miss the moments listening to the water rushing + watching your family explore the beauty in front of them. It is a true gift!

Such a beautiful place to discover the outdoors! Be sure to let us know if you want to share about your family in an upcoming #MYadventure post!
